What Is Yoga
-Yoga is a group of physical,mental and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. There are many types of Yoga and among the most heard about are Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, etc.
-Simply put Yoga is Union with the Self.

-Zumba is a dance fitness which involves dance and aerobic movements performed to energetic music. The choreography incorporates hiphop,soca,samba,salsa,merengue and mambo.

Pilates
-Pilates is a physical fitness system developed in the early 20th century.It improves flexibility, build strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.
-It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core and improving coordination and balance.
Fitball
-Fitball is a ball based training which challenges your muscles, helping to build up the core muscles of your body,such as abdominals, back, buttocks & thighs.
It is an excellent workout which improve body posture and better body alignment.
